Safran Aircraft Engines' Customer Support service provides in-service support for the CFM56®, GE90, GP7000 and SaM146 engines. It handles customer relations, contract management, monitoring of product performance and the development of corrective actions to reduce engine operating costs. Customer Support is also responsible for airlines' "flight ops", including pilots and engineers.

Customer Support Center (CSC), in Montereau, near Paris, provides a continuous point of contact, to support Safran Aircraft Engines' field reps at both operators and aircraft manufacturers. The center's 30 technical experts work in shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage. Day or night, all year long, they answer customer questions and ensure aircraft dispatch reliability. The CSC handles about 25,000 requests/year, or nearly 70 a day!

Nearly 100 Field Service Engineers

Safran Aircraft Engines also deploys a global network of nearly 100 Field Service Engineers, who provide engine support for some 300 customers in 44 countries. They are tasked with providing the best possible support 24/7, to ensure business continuity for our customers and, if needed, propose timely corrective actions. Our FSEs are in permanent touch with support teams at CFM and Safran Aircraft Engines, and provide an invaluable link with our customers.
