Quality System Engineer
Monitor and improve the Quality Management System, to put in operation of Quality System process;
Manage the internal documents in term of editing, diffusing and monitoring;
Manage recording and archiving of all internal documents and external documents;
Ensure the management of personal qualification and authorization in scope of quality activities;
Manage training and communication regarding the quality system and its application;
Monitor correct application of quality documentation (system and PAQS/PAQP…)
Participate internal and external audits.
Communication with France Headquarter regarding to quality system;
Manage the external documents, including customers' requirements and standards;
Education background: Bachelor degree and above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Quality management or equivalent;
Experience: 2+ years of working experience in Quality management systems, within a joint venture or wholly foreign owned company of mechanical industry will be more appreciated;
Language: Fluent in verbal and written English, French will be more appreciated;
Computer skill: Familiar with MSOffice software applications, MS Office Access will be more appreciated;
Good understanding of quality management system;
Good communication and coordination skills;
Prefer certified Green belt, familiar with PAQS/PAQP/FMEA if possible.
