Job description

 Plan and monitor activities link to new product industrialization or parts definition evolution
 Technical knowledge in key processes of shrouds production, such as grinding, EDM, heat treatment, geometrical control, or big data analysis, would be appreciated
 Plan and monitor activities linked to ramp-up of Leap shrouds products
 Monitor and control expense according to budget
 Industrial Substantiation File (internal and external) management
 Pilot for solving production problem, with methodologies such as 5Why, 8D
 Lead process improvement, workshop layout related LEAN and HSE Spirit
 To achieve these activities, the product engineer will coordinate the activities of a small group of engineers or technicians in process, production, quality and planning teams

Job requirements

 Master degree on mechanics or industrial engineering
 At least 2 years' experience in Industrialization or project management
 Leadership spirit
 Good communication skills in English. French would be an asset
