1. Placement and follow-up of purchase orders.
2. Analysis and review of documentation required for the replacement of parts.
3. Follow-up guarantees, returns and credit notes with suppliers.
4. Candidate skills and requirements.
5. Monitor deliveries of materials and payment to suppliers.
6. Supervise the delivery of material to internal clients in a timely manner.
7. Maintain supply continuity according to company policies.
8. Enforce the purchasing department's policies, guidelines, and procedures.
