Job description
Apply the Lean Sigma methodology to improve processes and facilitate the One Safran implementation, train and involve the people in diferent tools or improvement programs (Kaizen, QRQC, 5 S´s, TPM, etc), coach the Green Belts, lead the most ambitious projects in all areas, driving force in promoting the lean sigma culture. Evaluate projects, finances, impact, time, etc.
Complementary description
Coach the GB´s in LSS methodology with projects lasting no longer than 6 months exceptionally 12 months.
Lead the most ambitious projecs in all areas, complex and high impact projects, ensure the results, to direct the stabilization period (after sales).
Ensure the White Belt training.
Communicate the success and non success.
Propose some ideas of improvement focused to improve the own performance or effectiveness
Participates actively to S+ networks (events, animation of local networks etc)
Challenges the sponsors by giving him support
Lead some kaizen events
Reporting the advance of diferent initiatives according with the targets
Job requirements
Black Belt training and certification or equivalent certification or experience
Lean Manufacturing training or equivalent training or experience
Project administration: Sucessfully lead significant projects that have a major impact and validated finantial savings. Proven as Coach for Green Belt certification projects
