Job description

Le stagiaire accompagnera le service « maintenance » dans la définition d'axes de progrès techniques et organisationnels au sein du secteur « préparation bâtis moteurs » avant expédition vers nos clients.

Le stagiaire mènera dans un 1er temps des observations de l'activité réelle afin de formaliser un diagnostic de la situation de travail.
Par la suite il animera des groupes de travail afin de définir des solutions techniques et organisationnelles à mettre en place visant la prévention de la santé des salariés et la performance opérationnelle du secteur.
