Job description

Lors de transfert de propriété d'un moteur, le responsable EWA a pour mission de :

  • - revoir les documents soumis par les cabinets juridiques
  • - s'assurer de leur conformité avec les engagements de CFM et Safran
  • - s'assurer que les droits et obligations de CFM et Safran sont préservés
  • - être l'interlocuteur des cabinets juridiques des compagnies aériennes et loueurs

Job requirements

Diplômé(e) d'un bac +5 vous avez un niveau d'anglais courant (indispensable au quotidien à l'oral comme à l'écrit).
Vous êtes à l'aise avec la rédaction de clause contractuelle en anglais.
D'un esprit rigoureux et ouvert sur la nouveauté et sur le partage de positions.
