Job description

Sous l'autorité directe de son tuteur entreprise, la mission consistera à aider et accompagner les responsables Qualité Processus, dans la réalisation de leurs activités :

  • - Contribuer à assurer la gestion documentaire des processus ;
  • - Contribuer à la rédaction de certains documents de procédure ;
  • - Contribuer à identifier des pistes d'optimisation (simplification/réduction) du système documentaire (inter processus y compris) ;
  • - Contribuer à réduire le taux de procédures à validité dépassée (rituels de relances acteurs, etc.) ;
  • - Contribuer à la surveillance du processus (support au solde et à la transversalisation des écarts).

Job requirements

Etudiant(e) en formation Bac +5 Management de la qualité et disposez de :

  • - Connaissance d'un système de management de la qualité selon la norme ISO 9001 ;
  • - Connaissance et utilisation des logiciels Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Outlook, SharePoint ;
  • - Autonomie et sens de l'organisation ;
  • - Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles ;
  • - Aisance relationnelle ;
  • - Capacité à identifier les pistes d'améliorations et être force de proposition.
