Job description

Le département Field Service Engineer assure le support technique de proximité de nos clients (Compagnie Aérienne, Atelier de réparation, Loueurs). Des Représentants en Compagnie sont positionnés dans plusieurs pays. Un référentiel documentaire et des outils de communications efficaces doivent donc être déployées / améliorés.

Votre mission consistera à intégrer les spécificités du métier de FSE dans le but d'améliorer le système documentaire et les outils associés.
Les FSEs s'appuient sur des outils colalboratifs, utilisables à distance, tel que Sharepoint.

Job requirements

Etudiant(e) de niveau Bac+5 en école informatique.

Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office, notamment Sharepoint
