Job description

L'objectif de ce stage sera la mise en place d'un guide/manuel de service des pratiques assurance qualité client airbus incluant :

  • - Mapping et process flow de construction des indicateurs interne et exportés
  • - Mapping des reportings (mensuelles qualité interne, mensuelle qualité exportée…)
  • - Proposition d'optimisation des outil de collecte et de restitution
  • - Rationalisation des espaces communs (serveur et sharepoint )

Job requirements

Candidat en fin d'études d'un cycle universitaire ou ingénieur.
Ouvert d'esprit, ayant le sens de l'engagement et du service
Avoir des compétence office serait un plus

Complementary description

En plus de ce projet long terme, possibilité d'apporter sur support à l'équipe qualité client sur des taches opérationnelles :

  • - signature formulaires Unusual Visual Inspection concernant l'aspect cosmétiques de pièces à la livraison avion
  • - collecte et enregsitrement des Non Quality Event de la ligne d'assemblage Finale
  • - participation aux call avec Airbus afin de s'approprier la voix du client Airbus et les contraintes de communication associée
