Job description

Revoir les essais non pertinents (exemple : type de dureté sur billes de grenaillage / bornes des caractéristiques de peintures / essai Obsolète… ), identifier de possibles allègements, faire un focus sur les ingrédients sensibles et diminuer par garantie fournisseur ou type de document le nombre d'essais

Job requirements

Bac+3 minimum, compétences en matériaux et chimie, maitrise de l'informatique (utilisation forte d'excel), Autonomie Esprit d'analyse et rationnel

Complementary description

Programme de l'apprentissage (5-6 mois):

  • • Faire un état de l'art des contrôles et essais existants
  • • Dresser les documents ayant des essais non pertinents, obsolètes ou à recentrer
  • • Formaliser les essais applicables (et/ou redondants)
  • • Revoir le CDC général de sous Traitance des ingrédients
  • • Essais labo suivant documents et expertises métallographiques diverses
