STAGE Industrialisation de l'ajustage sur les redresseurs HP fusion laser H/F

Intégré dans un service Méthode ayant en charge la fabrication des redresseurs haute pression réalisés en fusion laser, le stagiaire aura pour mission de trouver une solution technique qui permettra d'obtenir un ajustage permettant d'éliminer les indications dans la zone identifiée . L'opération d'ajustage devra être répétable et réalisable dans un temps défini afin de respecter les couts de production.
Cette solution technique devra être ensuite être industrialisée .

• - Démarcher les fournisseurs pour obtenir des propositions techniques
• - Mise en place d'un plan d'essai
• - Identifier la solution la plus adaptée à nos besoins en respectant coûts et délais
• - Industrialisation (suivi de l'investissement si besoin) et intégration en production

Ce stage nécessitera des interactions avec de nombreux métiers (fournisseurs, lignes de production, opérateurs, etc.)

le stagiaire devra avoir une formation de base généraliste.
