Stage Gestionnaire Administration des Ventes H/F

Au sein de SAFRAN Aircraft Engines, rattaché(e) à la Direction Commerce de la Division des Moteurs Militaires (moteurs ATAR, LARZAC, M53, M88, TP400) en tant que stagiaire au sein de notre service Administration Des Ventes Export, vos principales missions de stage seront les suivantes :

• - participer à la gestion des demandes de nos clients militaires Export (appels d'offres, demandes de réparation, commandes de rechanges, demandes diverses)
• - participer à la gestion des livraisons vers le client et à l'établissement de factures
• - contribuer à l'interface avec les acteurs de la Supply Chain, des transports, les douanes et les ventes
• - participer à l'établissement des rapports d'activité (KPI/Reporting)
• - participer à l'élaboration du Rolling Forecast (prévision de chiffre d'affaires trimestriel)
• - contribuer à certaines actions d'amélioration continue
