Job description

Les principales missions:
Garant de la mise en application de nos référentiels.
Relai et support techniques vers nos pôles de productions.Participe aux qualifications de nos installations et en assure le suivi.
Participe au développement des industrialisations dans sa spécialité.
Développe les gammes et programmes d'usinage et assure la mise en œuvre sur machine.
Copilote la sous traitance d'opération d'usinage.
Propose des solutions d'améliorations (outillages standards ou complexes ; nouveaux procédés)
Participation à la démarche d'amélioration continue de la Division Réparation (QRQC, Innovation Participative, 5S, …)

Job requirements

Ingénieur mécanique. Expérience dans le domaine de l'usinage tous procedés (fraisage, tournage rectification, électroérosion )
Analyser et synthétiser des informations techniques.

Des connaissances dans le domaine de l'usinage adaptatif est un plus.

Complementary description

Connaissances approfondies des moyens usinages conventionnels et numériques, tous domaines fraisage, tournage, rectification.
Programmation ISO, bonne maitrise dans la programmation sous Siemens 840D.
Compétences en mécanique, ergonomie, métallurgie et métrologie.
Connaissance en CFAO et CAO Catia V5
