Job description

Rattaché(e) à la Responsable RH Etablissement de notre site SAFRAN Aircraft Engines de Châtellerault, vous participez aux principales missions suivantes :

  • - relations sociales, ie. suivi des heures de délégation, des mandatés, des heures de grève, du pouvoir disciplinaire, mise à jour de la BDES
  • - participation au pilotage de l'intérim
  • - participation au pilotage des actions en termes de diversité et handicap
  • - réflexion et mise en œuvre d'actions de qualité de vie au travail
  • - ingénierie du dossier de recours au groupement d'employeurs

Cette description de missions est susceptible d'évoluer, notamment en fonction de l'avancée des dossiers et de la vie du service.

Job requirements

  • - Etudiant(e) en Master RH ou équivalent
  • - Aisance avec les outils bureautiques (pack office) et logiciels RH (exemples : e-temptation, GXP)
  • - Organisation, rigueur
  • - Discrétion, sens de la confidentialité
  • - Sens du service, prise d'initiatives
