Job description

Pilotage de projets (simples) de réaménagement ou de création de nouveaux locaux en tout corps d'état :

  • - génie civil, sols, peinture, cfo/cfa, CVC, peinture, plomberie, etc ...

L'apprenti sera en charge de :

  • - Analyser les demandes de travaux des Directions Opérationnelles
  • - Estimer les travaux (coûts et délais)
  • - Proposer des solutions, en respectant les règles SSE
  • - Rédiger les cahiers des charges de consultation
  • - Assurer le pilotage technico-économique des projets jusqu'à la réception avec le client
  • - Mettre à jour sur Autocad les plans bâtiments et réseaux à l'issue des travaux

Job requirements

BTS par alternance : généraliste bâtiment ou économie de la construction
Connaissances :

  • - construction du bâtiment
  • - génie civil
  • - lots techniques : cloisons, revêtement de sol, peinture, cfo/cfa
  • - gestion de projet
  • - DAO : Autocad
