Customer Support Center (CSC), in Montereau, near Paris, provides a continuous point of contact, to support Snecma's field reps at both operators and aircraft manufacturers. The center's 30 technical experts work in shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage. Day or night, all year long, they answer customer questions and ensure aircraft dispatch reliability. The CSC handles about 25,000 requests/year, or nearly 70 a day!

There are more than 150 technical service representatives on-site with airline customers in more than 50 countries, while there are 45 CFM maintenance and repair facilities around the world

PowerJet's support contracts are custom-tailored to Superjet 100 operators' requirements to ensure maximum dispatch reliability. These support services are built around a Customer Support Manager, the single-point-of-contact for each customer, a field representative assigned to airlines, the PowerJet Customer Support Center (CSC), open 24/7, and all technical publications, available online via the customer portal. PowerJet's two training centers, in France and Russia, provide a complete range of training courses for customer crews.
